Hunting suspended on St Martin


The passing of Hurricane IRMA on the island of St Martin resulted in significant impacts on wildlife and its habitats. Given the urgency of the situation and the requirements for the protection of the natural heritage, it is necessary to adopt exceptional management measures that affects its wildlife and habitats.

The prefecture of St Barthelemy and St Martin have extended a decree suspending hunting all across the territory of the community of St Martin until November 21 at midnight.
