French rocker Johnny Hallyday, who died on December 5, 2017, owned a number of properties in addition to Villa Jade on St Barts, where he spent summers with his family.
The “French Elvis” also divided his time between a winter cabin in Gtsaad, Switzerland, La Savannah in Marnes-la-Coquette, and a home at Pacific Palisades in Los Angeles.
When he was not in St Barts, fans could rent his 500 sqm, eight bedroom, ten bathroom villa on the island for €30,000 a week, according to the French weekly VSD.
Since the rocker’s death, his wife Laeticia Hallyday and their two daughters have been staying in Villa Jade, close to Lorient cemetery where the 74-year-old was buried.
By mid-January, the family will be returning to their home in LA, where the girls attend a French high school. Whether Villa Jade will still be available to rent remains uncertain.
